Safety – The Company commits itself to implementing all relevant health and safety regulations and will provide the resources and actively seek the cooperation of all employees to meet this commitment. Sandycroft are members of CHAS – The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme.
Quality – Sandycroft are committed to quality management and improvement in the build process and the way we run our company as a whole. In 2010 we became a ISO9001 registered company.
Training – Sandycroft have an ongoing commitment to training the training of all our staff. A copy of our training policy and training programme is available on request.
CHAS – Construction Health and Safety Assessment
Sandycroft Construction are an accredited member of CHAS, the Construction Health and Safety Assessment Scheme. As such our Clients can be sure that when they use Sandycroft they are employing a contractor that has demonstrated their compliance with a nationally recognised and accepted standard for Health and Safety Management systems.
Sandycroft is registered with Constructionline, a national online database and the UK’s largest register of pre-qualified contractors and consultants. In terms of efficiency, time and cost saving and best practice, Constructionline is proven to deliver for public and private sector organisations alike. Our service is recommended by the OGC Common Minimum Standards and The Local Government Task Force.

Sandycroft Construction has achieved this ISO as having a quality management system within their organisation.
ISO 14001 is a voluntary international standard that establishes the requirements for an environmental management system (EMS). The objective of the standard is for an organization to establish an EMS that is integrated with the overall business management process. Elements of the EMS include Environmental Policy, Planning, Implementation and Operation, Checking, and Management Review. Integral to ISO14001 is the concept of continual improvement of the EMS.
Sandycroft has been ISO14001 accredited since 2010 demonstrating our commitment to the environment and sustainability as a whole.
Sandycroft are an accredited member of Alcumus SafeContractor which is a SSIP approved health and safety assessment scheme for contractors who want to demonstrate that they’re taking responsibility for their legal health and safety requirements. Whilst we already have CHAS accreditation a number of our Clients require SafeContractor and as such we became accredited. Membership gives our clients further assurance that Sandycroft are committed to the highest levels of health and safety in our industry
