Glass Installations Offices

We were approached by the owners of Glass Installations in Stoke-on-Trent to fit out a newly built industrial building to create a new workshop and offices.  After producing budget quotations and introducing an architect to the client we worked with the client to deliver a scheme within their budget.

Conclusion

The Client’s budget was extremely tight for the works required. However, the scheme was ultimately delivered within the budget by working closely with Glass Installations to engineer costs and the scheme proposals.  The project was delivered using our own bespoke open book process, which gives the employer regular updates of costs together with projected final accounts, and, ultimately, the scheme has been a complete success for all concerned.
