KMF Welfare Centre

This project comprised the construction of a high specification staff welfare facility for leading engineering firm KMF (PSM) Limited.  The project involved working on a busy engineering facility and was subject to stringent controls with respect to health and safety, traffic management etc.  The level of engineering and architectural specification was incredibly highly for what was a relatively small project and the end product was satisfyingly good in terms of both finish and aesthetics. The project raised a number of engineering complexities that had to be overcome and Sandycroft worked closely with the design team to ensure that the project continued without delay.
