Providence Mill
Providence Mill
We completed this project following a negotiated procurement process with the housing association and developer, Plus Dane Housing. The scheme involved the sympathetic conversion of an existing, listed silk mill into 14 apartments and was completed to the high standards expected. The conservation office was heavily involved with the project and by effective communication all restriction and recommendations were overcome and accommodated to everyone’s satisfaction.
