Back in February of this year we joyfully announced in our website news articles that we had started a design and build project for Impulse Embedded, and their TUSCANY HOUSE project subsequently got off to great start. Little could we have known that, after just a month on site, Covid-19 would raise its head and the whole project would be brought to a sudden halt.
However, we got there in end and, 9 weeks later than originally programmed, we handed over the finished building earlier this month which we feel confident will be home to our client for many years to come.
When comparing the photos presented back in February of the bare shell of a warehouse, it is fantastic to see the modern, hi-tech, and expansive space that our Client’s team are growing into. We love the colour schemes, the choice of door finish and the overall quality of the end product.
Thanks go to our collaborative design team of Ellis Hillman Architects and C2C Engineers, with whom we work with on many projects each year, and of course our subcontractors and our terrific workforce who worked hard to achieve the high quality finished article in our photos.
The biggest thank you, must go to the owners of Impulse Embedded, who entrusted us with their project, allowing us to advise and tweak the design where we felt it would benefit, but ultimately provided all decisions and comments fast and professionally allowing us to go about our business of delivering the scheme. Impulse Embedded have been a pleasure to work with and hopefully we’ll get to work with them again in the future.
